The defaulter was supposed to maintain car parking in the ground floor as per the sanctioned plan but he has converted it for official purpose of his hotel.
“This deviation does not stop here  but the defaulter has also illegally  constructed two storied  tin roofed   annexcy in the set backs on  the rear side of the construction”, said Commissioner SMC.
A team of enforcement squad headed by Chief Enforcement Officer Manzoor Ahmad Tarray today went to the site and got the structure sealed on the orders of Commissioner SMC Dr Shafqat Khan.
Khan said that despite repeated appeal to the public in general, particularly to the people approaching for building permissions not to take up any illegal construction in the city and strictly abide by the sanctioned plan, people still are resorting to the same. “In such cases we have no option but to seal such structures”,  said Commissioner SMC.
