SIT constituted to probe woman’s blind murder

MENDHAR, July 30: The police has set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to work out the blind murder of a young woman, whose dead body with multiple stab wounds was recovered from a nallah at Ari  four days ago.
Official sources said that SDPO, Mendhar  Shahid Nahim constituted a SIT headed by Inspector Mohd Amin (SHO Gursai) and assisted by ASI Abdul Khaliq from Mendhar Police Station,  besides three Head Constables Mohd Amin, Shah Nawaz and Mohd Ashraf . They were directed to work out the case within two weeks.
It may be recalled that dead body of 28-year-old Shaheen Fatima, second wife of Abid Hussain was recovered from Ari nallah with stab wounds. Abid was working in Delhi.
