Sidhant emerges champion in Mr Jammu Body Building C’ship

JAMMU, Jan 7: Claiming gold medal in 80-85 kg category, Sidhant Bali emerged champion of champions in Mr Jammu Body Building Championship, organized by Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council at MA Stadium, here today.
Kulvir Singh bagged silver in this category, while the bronze medal went to Vikhayat Singh.
In 50-55 kg, Ajit Singh, Jugal Kumar and Dinesh Kumar bagged gold, silver and bronze medal respectively, while in 50-55 kg, Vimaljeet, Lovish Jamwal and Santokh Chib won gold, silver and bronze medal respectively.
Shramit Mahajan, Gurpreet Singh and Rohit Saini claimed gold, silver and bronze in 60-65 kg category, while Navneet Sharma, Akshat Gupta and Krishan Lal bagged first, second and third place in 65-70 kg category.
Brite Deol, Manmeet Singh and Abhu Bali claimed first three places in 70-75 kg respectively, while Surinder Thakur won gold in 75-80 kg and the silver and bronze medals went to Vishal Pandita and Gurdeep Singh.
Brite Deol (1st), Akshat Gupta (2nd), Gurneet Singh (3rd), Shushan Thakur (4th) and Neeraj Kumar (5th) were adjudged Fitness Models below 6 feet, while Sidhant Bali (1st), Gautam Jalhyar (2nd), Chandan Chib (3rd) and Nikhil Malik (4th) were declared Fitness Models above 6 feet.
Former Minister, Raman Bhalla was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners in presence of Rajesh Dutta, General Secretary of the Association.
