JAMMU, Apr 13: Expressing their concern over the investigation in the rape and murder of an 8-year-old girl in Hiranagar tehsil of district Kathua, the J&K unit of Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackrey today demanded a fair probe by the CBI.
While addressing the media persons, the party general secretary, Manish Sahni said that some of the facts in the rape and murder of the girl have been over looked and not taken into account in the reports submitted hurriedly to the Government. Senior vice president of the party, Rajan Gupta, further said the two State ministers had already supported the demand of the people for the CBI probe and the Government should immediately handover the case to CBI so that an impartial probe may be conducted into the matter and real culprits booked.
