JAMMU, Apr 7: The inhabitants of Shanti Nagar, Toph, today held a meeting and constituted Shiv Mandir committee.
Mangal Singh Chib was elected as chief patron, while Jai Singh Chib as chairman and president, SK Kak as senior vice president, Mangat Ram Chalotra as vice president, Ashok Bhat as general secretary, Behari Lal Sharma as cashier, Kasturi Lal Thakur as advisor, Bishan Dutt Sharma as organizer, Bishan Singh Manhas as secretary, Satvir Singh Thakur as joint secretary, Yash Pal Gupta as publicity secretary and CK Koul as senior advisor.
