Shia Federation protests against Saudi Govt

JAMMU, Jan 3: Shia Federation Jammu Province held a protest to pay homage to Ayatullah Baqir Al-Nimr, who has been executed by the Saudi regime yesterday on the false accusation of terror against the Saudi Government.
Large number of Shia community people assembled near Press Club and raised slogans against Saudi regime and condemned the unlawful and extrajudicial execution of martyr Sheikh Nimr. They called the international community to do the same and raise this issue with the UN and international court of justice.
While speaking, the protesters said that it is the duty of the Muslims now to face off this hypocrite and dangerous rulers of tyranny and save the Ummah from further decline.
“We are calling the Muslim and Human Forces across the world to think rationally and investigate everything with full impartiality to find out about the truth and to curb such inhumane and barbaric killings and not be like those who blindly accept anything coming from people who are indoctrinated in Saudi extremists’ schools”, they added.
While addressing media persons, Maulana Mohammad Kousar Ali Jafri condemned this inhuman act of Saudi Government.  He also demanded immediate release of Mohdamma Ali Nimr, nephew of Ayatullah Baqir Al-Nimr, who is just 17 years of age and is also taken as political prisoner by Saudi Government.
Chief spokesperson, Shia Federation Jammu Province, Sayed Fida Hussain Rizvi also addressed the gathering.
Among others present were Vice President Shia Federation Jammu Sheikh Sajjad Hussain Poonchi, President Anjuman-e-Hussaini Bathindi Jammu Ghulam Mohammad Ghani, Mohammad Yousaf, Sayed Qamar Ali Rizvi, Sayed Mannan Haider Naqvi, Advocate Zeeshan Ali Khan, Sayed Zaighum Rizvi, Kamran Ali Khan, Mazahir Jafri, etc.
