Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, May 11: Panun Kashmir today said that separatists and Hurriyat have no locus standi in Kashmir affairs.
In a statement issued here today PK convener Ravinder Jalali Convenor said that Kashmir issue is a resolved issue by virtue of the instrument of accession signed by the Maharaja of J&K on October 26, 1947, in the exercise of his Sovereignty in and over the  State and accepted by Governor General of India. Mountbatten on October 27 same year.  It was emphasized that the accession of J&K with the domain of India is final and irrevocable and no power on earth can alter the position and those raising fingers on accession are playing a dangerous game which poses a threat to the integrity and sovereignty of nation.
Vijay Bhat president P K while addressing the meeting made it clear that the only issue which is unresolved is the areas illegally occupied by Pakistan  and the GoI is bound by the resolution passed by the both the houses of Parliament on February 22, 1994 which states that the State of J&K is an integral part of India and any attempt to separate it from the rest of the country will be resisted by all necessary means. Pakistan must vacate the areas of the Indian State of J&K, which they have occupied through aggression and further resolves that  all attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of India will be met resolutely.
He also criticised Dr. Abdullah for advocating resumption of talks between India and Pakistan and also between Centre and stakeholders within Kashmir and termed it as a conspiracy to mislead the country and support the separatists.
