JAMMU: Security agencies today launched a joint search operation here around Jammu Airport on information about alleged movement of suspects around the Jammu Airport.
”An information was received this evening that a group of suspects were seen moving around the Jammu Airport following which police and army launched joint search operation,” reliable sources here said.
They said that the search operation was conducted in Satwari area, Chattha village and beside the boundary wall of the Jammu Airport and the Air Force Station.
”It was a routine exercise in view of alert sounded,” Shazad Slaria, Superintendent of Police, South Jammu said. He said that nothing was found and everything is normal. (AGENCIES)
