JAMMU, Mar 7: Civil Secretariat Non-Gazetted Employees Union has urged upon the Government to address the pending demands of the employees.
In a meeting of the Union held under the leadership of Ghulam Rasool Mir, the members urged upon the Government to resolve the cadre review issue without any delay. They stressed to re-allocate the slots in KAS in accordance with provisions of SRO 386 of 2008 i.e 50:50 basis ( direct: promote) and restore the quota to the respective feeding channel diverted previously to give benefit to the direct recruits (KAS).
The Union alleged that some invisible forces were instigating for stalling the promotion avenues of feeding cadre for their vested interests, thus provoking the employees to choose the path of confrontation. The Union warned such forces to refrain from such acts.
