SCIENTIA International School celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, Mar 1: SCIENTIA International School, celebrated its Annual Day Function with pomp and show at Abhinav Theatre, here today.
The Function started with ‘Saraswati Vandana’ and Ganesh Vandana respectively.
Simrandeep Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion, while Balwant Thakur, Director Indian Council for Cultural  Relations, J&K was the guest of honour. Shouqat Ahmed Zargar, Managing Director J&K Handloom Development Co-Operation was the special guest on the occasion.
The school depicted its Annual Report by a documentary which was appreciated by the parents and all the dignitaries. Skit on English Grammar was also presented by students but a Cultural Song depicting various facets of Cultural Heritage of Jammu and Kashmir stole the show.
North Indian Classical and Kathak dance presented by the students was liked by one and all.
Chief guest, Simrandeep Singh in his address praised the SCIENTIA International School for giving such a stage exposure to all kids and grooming young talents and encouraged staff with his words.
Guest of Honour Balwant Thakur and special guest Shouqat Hussain Zargar lauded the role of the SCIENTIA International School for nurturing young talents.
Prominent among those present include Kuldip Raj Magotra, Vice Chairman, Parshotam Bhardwaj,  Chairman, SCIENTIA International School.
Vote of thanks was presented by Director SCIENTIA International School, Bharti Bhardwaj.
