JAMMU, June 29: State Bank of India (SBI) today organized a town hall meeting at its Jammu Cantt branch.
The meeting was presided over by Regional Manager, OP Kakroo while General (retired) Gowardhan Singh Jamwal, being one of the senior customers of the Bank, was the guest of honour.
The meeting was also attended by Chief Manager of Jammu Cantt branch, PL Koul, Chief Manager, Gandhi Nagar branch, Susheel Hans and Chief Manager, Administration, Kripa Shanker.
The meeting was aimed at educating the customers about the latest technological products and new initiatives being started/to be started by the Bank in the technological field.
While speaking on the occasion, OP Kakroo educated the customers in detail about the Bank’s product like SWAYAM, facility of self printing of pass boos, SBI Samadhan for multiple services like statements, interest certificates, complaints/suggestions/feedback, etc, besides Missed call banking and Balance Enquiry.
Kakroo asked the customers to take advantage of these products and enjoy the at home services of the Bank.
