UDHAMPUR, Oct 8: Regional Manager (Region V), State Bank of India, AK Razdan today presided over the meet held here in connection with the tie up of SBI with 8 Boundaries Builders Pvt Ltd for their project ‘SAFA VALLEY’ for providing hassle free home loans to the customers being constructed at Bathindi Jammu.
While speaking on the occasion, Amir Suharwardy, GM, 8 Boundaries, said that the motto of 8 Boundaries Builders is to provide housing facilities with international standards and this couldn’t have been possible if SBI didn’t support them in collaborating and for acknowledging their efforts to make this dream possible. He further said that management of 8BB has also offered special discount to SBI Employees.
In his address, Razdan said that the SBI has done tie up with an objective to increase the Home Loan portfolio of the Bank and to give a boost to the affordable housing with a good network of branches in his region.
Razdan further said that by signing the MoU, the SBI has desired to provide hassle free finance to public for purchasing of the flats in Safa Valley residential apartments at Bathindi in Jammu.
