Sant Nirankari Mandal organises blood donation camp

KATHUA, Sept 27 Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation Branch Kathua, today organized a voluntary blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Kathua. As many as 290 devotees were registered during camp.
The camp was inaugurated by Ramesh Kumar, District Development Commissioner Kathua who applauded the efforts of Sant Nirankari Mission and congratulated all the volunteer donors and assured full co-operation to the Mission for the future events as well. He himself donated the blood on the occasion.
A satsang programme was also held on the occasion which was presided over by Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge, Sant Nirankari Mandal, He highlighted the various social services rendered by the Mission and thanked all the dignitaries present for the noble cause and devotees of the Mission who served selflessly for the cause and also came from different parts of District.
Satish Virdi, Sanyojak Kathua welcomed all present on the occasion.
Other dignitaries present on the occasion were, B R Lachotra, Dr Sonia, Dr Uttra Sambyal, Ranjeet Singh, Som Raj Manjotra, Ashish Singh Executive Secretary Indian Red Cross Society Kathua and several prominent citizens of the town.
The camp was held in collaboration with Blood & Transfusion Department of Govt Medical College Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society and JKSACS.
