Sanskrit scholars urged to start free coaching classes

JAMMU, Oct 19:  Mahant Rohit Shastri has appealed the Sanskrit scholars to start free Sanskrit coaching classes in city and outskirts.
In an  interactive  session with media  at Raipur Domana, Mahant Rohit Shastri, Trust president, Shri Kailakh               Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan asked Sanskrit scholars to start free Sanskrit coaching classes in our villages,city, town etc so that new generation gets aware of importance of Sanskrit language in their life.
This step would bring a new revolution in the development of Sanskrit language and people will start learning Sanskrit language. Moreover, Sanskrit language can also become a modern mean of communication.
Shastri said that along with other languages young generation should start working for the development of Sanskrit language and explore new opportunities start opening their door for the young Sanskrit scholars to excel in their life.
He said that Jammu is known as the city of temples but the students pursuing studies in Sanskrit and aspiring to have career in this field have to suffer on account of dearth of facilities and ample opportunities. Shastri also appealed the Government to make Sanskrit compulsory from 6th standard in schools so that the more number of scholars get appointed in schools and new carrier opportunities start coming up for them.
On this occasion, Dr C M Raina, Pt Dev Dutt Shastri, Pt Summit Shastri, Sahil Seth and other Sanskrit scholars were also present.
