Sansa Foundation holding 3-day long exhibition from today

JAMMU, Feb 22: Sansa Foundation an NGO is organizing a three day long exhibition from tomorrow to highlight the policies and programmes for the welfare of youth and general masses.
This was stated by Shamsher Singh Manhas senior BJP leader and member Rajya Sabha while talking to reporters along with Anand Pal Director of Sansa Foundation and Mani Tiwari its Project head here today.
They said the exhibition will be held at K K Resorts at Bohri and it will be inaugurated by Minister of PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Shayam Choudhary along with Mr Manhas tomorrow morning.
The Exhibition will culminate on February 25, they said, adding the Foundation is engaged in dissemination of knowledge, bridging the gap between Science and Technology and contributing its share to accelerate the steady growth.
They said the Foundation has a vision of taking knowledge to the masses and to keep them in touch with technology changes, innovations, Government policies and other achievements.
Terming J&K as Jewel State of India they said it offers immense opportunities for growth of manufacturing industries specially, agri products, healthcare, power and energy, tourism units, handlooms, handicrafts, mineral -based industries, gems and jewelry, textiles, handicrafts and knowledge based industries as per the mentioned schedule.
Giving further details they said the thrust will be given Research and Development, Science & Technology and Biotechnology, Space Research and future programmes, Ayush and Indian System of Medicines, Government schemes and policies, handlooms and handicrafts, Khadi and village industries, flavors of coffee and Indian spices, steel pavilion, oil and petroleum conservation, power and renewable energy.
They said the exhibition focuses upon bringing awareness to the general public , rural masses, students, scholars, researchers and young aspirants about the polices and programmes of research schemes, India’s strides in these fields and accomplishment of the research labs and rural technologies.
