Samba police recovers kidnapped girl within 12 hours

SAMBA, Mar 15: Acting swiftly Samba Police recovered a kidnapped minor girl from Mansar within 12 hours of her kidnapping and arrested the kidnapper.
According to police a complaint was received from Major Ram S/o Paras Ram R/o Naid teh. Samba early this morning that his daughter has been kidnapped by one Monu S/o Sat Paul R/o Samlah tehsil Samba  late last night and in this connection a case FIR No 49/2017 U/S 363 RPC was registered at P/S Samba. Thereafter SSP Samba constituted a team under the supervision of Dy. SP Headquarters Samba to trace out the kidnapped girl.
During the course of investigation, police conducted raids at different suspicious locations in and around the Samba and Udhampur border as well as in Jammu border and on the tip-off it recovered the girl from Papad, Mansar.
The accused person namely Monu has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
Meanwhile on the basis of a complaint filed by  Girdhari Lal S/o Babu Ram R/o Khor teh Ramgarh Bari-Brahmana Police has registered a case under FIR Number 56/2017 U/S 366 RPC in the kidnapping case of a girl.
In his report Girdhari Lal has alleged Reported that his daughter namely Rekha Devi age 19 year who was serving Astro Mahindera company Bari-Brahmana has been kidnapped by one Kulwinder Kumar S/o Raj Kumar R/o Shah Balote Samba from Bari-Brahmana.
