JAMMU, Feb 10: Ten day long Royal Food Festival “Jewels of India”, organized by Hotel KC Residency commenced here today.
The buffet spread will feature authentic culinary delicacies prepared and presented by celebrity Chef M Rehman and his team of expert chefs.
During this ten day long fest, the delicacies from the royal kitchens of Kashmir, Patiala, Rajasthan, Awadh, Mysore, Kolhapur and Hyderabad will be served in combinations. Some of the famous dishes are Lucknowi Mahi Dum, Murgh Surkh Tikka, Tangri Asif Jha, Galawati Kebab, Gosht Barrah Boti, Anannas Ke Tikke, Dhungara Paneer Tikka, Aatishi Khumb, Meve Ke Kakori, Subz Galawati, Mahi Rezaala, Murgh Korma Wajid Ali, Achar Ka Gosht, Lahori Kadhai Paneer, Rohaili Khumb Makai, Tamater Dulmeh, Subz Katre Masale Me, Bhindi Shahzadi, Ittr Ki Dal, Awadhi Gosht Pulao, Nizami Tarkari Biryani, Khubani Ka Meetha, Sheer Korma and Gajrela.
