SRINAGAR: Rich tributes were paid on Sunday evening to Selection Grade (SG) constable Kultar Singh, who was martyred after militants shot him dead at the shrine of Charar-e-Sharief in central Kashmir district of Badgam this afternoon.
Senior officers from paramilitary forces, police and civil administration paid floral tributes to Mr Singh at District Police Lines (DPL), Srinagar.
