Retiring officers given warm send off

JAMMU, Apr 29: A warm send-off was accorded to the Executive Engineer Bhadarwah Madan Lal and JE Jaffer Hussain, who retired today on attaining their age of superannuation after putting in 36 and 30 years of service in various capacities in Department of R&B respectively.
Madan Lal was given warm and affectionate farewell in a simple but impressive function organized by his colleagues at Dak Banglow Bhaderwah where Superintending Engineer Doda Niaz Ahmed Banday presided over.
On behalf of administration, SDM Bhaderwah, Dr Owais Ahmed Rana, felicitated the retiring officers.
On the occasion JE Jaffer Hussain was also accorded a warm send-off on his superannuation.
Jammu University Non-Teaching Employees Union (JUNTEU) accorded warm send off to Dharam Pal, Assistant Registrar and Prem Paul Sharma, Section Officer, who retired after attaining age of superannuation today. The farewell was held in appreciation of their services rendered to the Institution.
Pawan Singh, President, of the Union, hailed the contribution of Dharam Paul and Prem Paul Sharma. The farewell was accorded during a simple but impressive function in presence of all office bearers of the union.
S Uppinder Singh Sudan, Potato Development Officer, Jammu and Vijay Kaw, Mushroom Development Officer, Jammu were given a warm and affectionate farewell here today on their superannuation  who retired from government service after putting in more than 30 years of service in the Department of Agriculture.
A K Malhotra, Director Agriculture Jammu on the occasion complimented S Sudan and Kaw for rendering dedicated expert services in the fields of potato and mushroom growing in particular. Malhotra said that both of the officers have performed their duties excellently and skillfully. He also wished them good health, prosperous and happy post retirement life.

Vijay Kumar Gupta, Dy Director Horticulture (Central) Jammu was accorded a warm and affectionate farewell in a impressive function today, who is going to attain superannuation on 30th April 2017 after rendering 32 years of commendable services. The occasion was graced by the presence of Director Horticulture Jammu Bhawani Rakwal,  Joint Director Horticulture, besides other officers and officials of the department who extended best wishes for a healthy post retirement life. The function concluded with the presentation of mementos as a token of love.
Yogesh Kumar Kesar, Chief Horticulture Officer Jammu was accorded a warm and affectionate farewell in a impressive function today, who is going to attain superannuation on 30th April 2017 after rendering 36 years of commendable services. Director Horticulture Jammu Bhawani Rakwal, Joint Director Horticulture, besides other officers and officials of the department who were present, extended best wishes for a healthy post retirement life. Tarsem Singh,  Horticulture Technician Grade IV was accorded a warm and affectionate farewell in a impressive function today on 29-04-2017, who is going to attain superannuation on 30th April 2017 after rendering 29 years of commendable services. The occasion was graced by the presence of officers and officials of the department who extended best wishes for a healthy post retirement life. The function concluded with the presentation of mementos as a token of love.
A teary adieu was bid to Headmaster Rashpal Singh HS Mangota who is to attain his superannuation tomorrow The party was arranged at HS Mangota in the supervision of Hamiet Wani, Teacher. The function was presided over by Shamim Ahmed. Everyone spoke of his goodwill and his good nature and prayed for his good health for the next phase of his life.
A farewell was given to Zaffar Iqbal DySP Estates, J&K Police, who is attaining the age of superannuation tomorrow, by the staff members of Range Police Headquarters Jammu.  The retiring officer was presented retirement gift by Dr S D Singh Jamwal, IPS Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone, in presence of Ashkoor Ahmed Wani, IPS Dy Inspector General of Police, JSK Range Jammu, Rajesh Sharma, SO to IGP Jammu Zone, Rajinish Pran Sharma, SSP SO to DIG Jammu, Parshotam Lal Sharma, DDP RPHQ, Mrs Sunita Kargotra, CPO RPHQ Jammu, Bishan Dass Pvt Secy to DIG Jammu. All the officers/staff of RPHQ prayed for his post retirement prosperous, healthy life.
Veerji Pandita, Physical Education Master (Migrant) who retired on superannuation from the office of Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports Jammu was accorded warm send off by the officers and officials of the Department at a grand function arranged by them.
Sub Inspector Tilak Raj Thakur of CID CI Jammu hailing from Dachhan, Kishtwar, was accorded warm send off by the officers and staff of CID CI Jammu on his attaining age of superammuation. They wished him a healthy and prosperous post retirement life. A cheque of Rs 50,000 as retirement gift was also presented to the retiring officer.
A warm send off was given to Puran Chand Sharma, Chauffeur of PHE Department by the Driver Cleaner Union, district Udhampur, where the retiree was felicitated in presence of senior officers of the department. Speaking on the occasion union chairman Kartar Chand Dubey lauded the valuable contribution of Puran Chand Sharma to the department and also towards the union. Others present on the occasion  were Romesh Lal, Joginder Singh, Bisham Dass, Kuldeep Raj, R R Baba, Ishwer Singh, Surjeet Singh, Chuni Lal, Roshan Din, Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Sushil Sharma, Sanjeev Kumar, Om Parkash and all district office bearers.
The Department of Information and Public Relations today bid adieu to Asistant Information Officer (AIO) Roop Lal, who superannuated after serving the Department for 38 years. Director Information and Public Relations Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary appreciated the dedicated services rendered by the officer in the Department. He wished him healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Joint Director Information Manisha Sareen, Deputy Directors Sheikh Zahoor, Priyanka Bhat and Avleen Kour, besides other senior officers of the department were present.
