JAMMU, Jan 18: A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Rehbar -e -Taleem Teachers Forum (JKRTTF) called on Director School Education (DSE) Jammu and discussed various problems being faced by ReTs.
The deputation informed the Director that maximum files of the teachers, who have acquired their degrees from UGC recognized universities outside the State were pending in the Directorate and the same should be cleared. The forum also demanded clearance of the files of the teachers who have applied for the permission for further studies.
The Director listened to the deputation very patiently and assured that the registration process of the teachers who have acquired degrees from UGC recognized out side State universities, would be started soon. She also assured that the files for post facto permission are being cleared soon.
The deputation also visited the SPD office regarding the pending salaries of the teachers where the concerned officials assured that the two- month salaries of the teachers has been released and the same will be credited into the account of Chief Education Officer within two or three days.
The deputation was headed by State general secretary of the Forum, Jhanghir Alam, Shakeel Zohid ,Ishfaq Rasheed Malik, Bhadur Singh and others.
