RAJOURI, Dec 10: PCC general secretary and former Minister Shabir Ahmed Khan has expressed serious concern over the failure of the State Government to ensure timely payment of salaries to the teachers especially under SSA and ReT, as a result the education system has badly suffered.
In a statement here today, Mr Khan lashed out at the Government for failure to release salaries to the teaching community and others for the past several months, as a result the teachers have come on the roads instead of being in their class rooms.
Mr Khan said that the education system has been badly affected due to resentment and undue harassment to the teaching community. He lashed out at the State Government for its failures and polices towards the Education sector, which is the most important field concerning the future of the nation.
