JAMMU, Sept 20: Red Farm and Nice Legs, which will be opened tomorrow are the newest addition in Jammu’s culinary space with food that tastes as good as it looks for people seeking refuge in good food and drinks.
This was stated by three founding members of Red Farm and Nice Legs Sadeev Khorana, Ajay Saini and Kanwar Chhabra while interacting with media persons, here today.
“Located in Bahu Plaza, Red Farm specializes in putting together a whole array of countryside offerings in food and drinks. The menu feature breakfast trays, countryside favourites, pizzeria, noshes and more by showcasing the best of traditional and artisanal cuisines from across the globe at affordable prices. The food is wholesome and organic and extends beyond the traditional affair, flavours that customers will have difficulty finding elsewhere in the city. The chefs recommend you to try the dim sum selection. You can head to coffee section–artisanal coffee brewed in front of you to find the right cup for you, choosing the beans and roasting method”, the founding members said while talking to media persons.
“Building on the principle of experimental and communal dining, Red Farm hosts communal tables and for its owners, it is simply a matter of spreading joy, food and even culture”, they said, adding that “We think culture and food go hand-in-hand. Nothing brings people together like good food and this gives us a lot of satisfaction”.
“Red Farm also introduces concepts of Midnight Madness, Darling Dinners, Sunday Brunahces and Dim Sum Luncheon, where we offer exciting items from the menu at unbelievable process taking the concept of ‘Every Meal an Experience’ forward”, they informed.
They said that the Jazz Bar within the Red Farm premises, Nice Legs promises a diverse range of drinks, a quirky décor and live music with some really talented artists.
