RCT holds meeting

JAMMU, Nov 14: A meeting of Rajput Charitable Trust (RCT) was held under the chairmanship of Trustee Ranvijay Singh here today.
During the meeting all the activities of the Trust in detail including the monthly pension of the widows and assistance to the orphan girls for their marriages were brought in the notice of Ranvijay Singh by the members.
The Trustee advised to increase the pension of the widows and also the assistance to the orphan girls for their marriages so that they may be helped suitably. He also appreciated the steps taken for sending the pension to the widows directly in their bank accounts. He also distributed the sports material to the sports persons.
It was also decided that the Core Committee of the Trust constituted by Ranvijay Singh to look into the cases of the villagers who have suffered the losses due to the weather conditions and other natural climatic and put before the Board of RCT during the next meeting for grant of necessary sanction and helping the suffers.
He asked to identify more deserving candidates of the community who require help of the Trust. He expressed that he specifically wanted the Trust to help poor students, widows physical challenged and other destitute to lead a respectable life.
The meeting was also attended to by S. S Sodhi PVC / Director, Gandharav Singh, Bilbar Singh, C.L Malhotra, Karandeep Singh, R.C Gupta, R.K Verma and others. Sodhi also assured of every help to promote activities of the Trust and also quality education in the far flung areas.
