JAMMU, Nov 9: The Government today gave Dr Abdul Rashid, Labour Commissioner, additional charge of Information Secretary.
An order issued by the GAD said, “Dr Abdul Rashid, Labour Commissioner, J&K, shall hold the charge of the post of Secretary to the Government, Information Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.”
Rohit Khajuria, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, was transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, against an available vacancy.
Jatinder Singh, Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, has been transferred and posted as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, vice Rohit Khajuria.
Meanwhile, Vivek Sharma, Additional District Development Commissioner, Samba has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
Pardeep Singh, under orders of transfer as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Zanskar was posted as Regional Transport Officer, Kathua (Headquarters Lakhanpur), vice Amarjeet Singh, who shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
