JAMMU, Dec 29: International fencer and Sub Inspector Rashid Ahmed Choudhary of Jammu and Kashmir has qualified the International referee exam which was held at Dubai.
The Exam was organized by the Fencing Confederation of Asia in which more than 53 fencers of 40 countries participated. He became the only fencer of Jammu and Kashmir to appear and pass the Sabre referee exams.
