JAMMU, Nov 6: The newly opened Ramada Jammu City Centre laid open its rooftop pool side lounge for the people of J&K.
Ramada’s Celebrity Chef Anup Kumar presents Barbeque Night for BBQ lovers at the rooftop Sky Lounge every Wednesday. Chef Anup who has served some famous celebrities is well known and respected in culinary circles as a chef who creates dishes to tease the palate.
He has come up with this innovative presentation of some of his mouth watering signature BBQ delicacies specially prepared live on the roof top “Sky Lounge” by the pool with a breathtaking view of Bahu Fort on one side, Tawi view in the front, Trikuta Hills on the back and the infinity pool lit amidst Fire Fountains giving the entire venue an exotic look.
Eat all you can BBQ is offered @1099/- per person with a discount of 15% on beverages. Some of the most popular favourite signature dishes are Beetle leaf, Pomegranate and khaas Mutton seekh, a skewered double layered kebab with grated bell pepper, Paan leaf, pomegranate with garam masala and fresh mint.
Chicken Shawarma is served with tzatziki, hummus, labneh, baba ganoush, pickled vegetables and Khaboos. Vegetarians delicacies Gongura Paneer Sula, a cottage cheese delicacy served with sweet Pomegranate chutney and Khumb ki Galouti, melt in mouth kebabs made with mushrooms and Channa dal and are served with Ulta Paratha.
Live BBQ dishes are prepared on Mahi Tawa, Tandoor and Sigri. Musicians played live serene Saxophone music. A perfect combination of amazing site, sound, aromas and delicacies all are available at a single venue.
This BBQ concept by The Rooftop is a Personal initiative of Managing Director, Siddhant Chowdhary, who after his graduation in Hotel Management from Switzerland sharpened his skills in the hospitality industry at the Hyatt in Key West, Florida (USA).
