JAMMU, Feb 16: Trouncing Uttar Pradesh in a close contest by a solitary goal, formidable Punjab qualified for the Santosh Trophy knockout stage alongwith strong Delhi which has already made it to the knockout stage.
In today’s match played at SMVDSB ground Katra, Punjab scored the lone goal in the 78th minute via penalty.
On the occasion, Commandant CRPF 6th Bn, Director Sports SMVDSB, Additional SP Katra, 2 IC 6th Bn CRPF and Secretary State Sports Council were present on the concluding ceremony.
