Pune City FC appoints Salman as Assistant Team Manager

JAMMU, Apr 11: Adding a new feather to its cap, State Football Academy’s Team Manager, Salman Mir has been appointed as an Assistant Team Manager by Pune City Football a reputed football club of India for Indian Super League (ISL) season 2019.
Hailing from Baghat Barzulla, Srinagar, Salman is the first youngest Team Manager from Kashmir Province who has been appointed in one of the renowned clubs of India.
Earlier, Salman has been affiliated with SFA as a Team Manager besides that he has also served other reputed clubs of Kashmir like Real Kashmir Football Club, and Lone Star Kashmir Football Club as a Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager respectively.?
Moreover, he has also served in Second Division I-League as a Team Manager for Universal Football Academy and as an Assistant Coach for Challenger Novelty FA.
Presently Salman is associated with State Football Academy of Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council and will continue serving in SFA until June.
While expressing his happiness, Salman said that it is dream come true for him to join hands with one of the renowned clubs of India.
He said that SFA has played a crucial role in his success.
“Mehrajudin Wadoo has always served an inspiration for me. “I’ve grown by seeing Mehraj Bhai and Ishfaq Bhai, they are the legends of football in our State,” he said.
