Pulses end steady in tight movement

NEW DELHI, June 23: Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale pulses market today as prices by and large moved in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled at previous levels.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand kept prices unaltered.
Following are today’s rates (in Rs per quintal): Urad Rs 3,600-4,800, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 4,250-4,350, Urad best Rs 4,350-4,850, Dhoya Rs 4,800-5,000, Moong Rs 4,950-5,450, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,500-5,700, Moong Dhoya local Rs 6,100-6,600 and best quality Rs 6,600-6,800.
Masoor small Rs 3,580-3,830, bold Rs 3,730-3,880, Dal Masoor local Rs 3,980-4,380, best quality Rs 4,100-4,500, Malka local Rs 4,100-4,400, best Rs 4,200-4,500, Moth Rs 3,500-3,900, Arhar  Rs 3,800 Dal Arhar Dara Rs 5,100-7,000.
Gram Rs 3,750-3,800, Gram dal (local) Rs 3,800-4,200, best quality Rs 4,200-4,300, Besan  (35 kg), Shakti bhog Rs 1,840, Rajdhani Rs 1,840, Rajma Chitra Rs 6,100-8,300, Kabuli Gram small Rs 4,200-5,000, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 3,400-3,600, Peas white  Rs 3,450-3,500 and green Rs 3,550-3,650.
