The Association is demanding full and complete mandate for officers (Scale I to VII) for wage revision in 11th Bi-partite settlement, salary revision as per charter of demands only, immediate introduction of 5-day week to ensure proper work-life balance of the bank officers, settlement of retirees issues including family pension and updating of pension, focus on core business and NPA recovery, stop to mis-selline of Third Party products, scrapping of NPS and switching over to Defined Pension Payment Scheme as existing, immediate resolution of HR issues in Catholic Syrian Bank and IDBI Bank, parity in pension and other benefits of RRBs with Public Sector banks.
The protestors were addressed by Satish Khajuria, State president and Suresh Wali,

They said that all financial schemes of the government of India are being launched through the Public Sector banks only but when it comes to demanding their legitimate rights, the Government conveniently ignores their demands.
Reiterating that the bank officers were determined to get a fair and honourable wage revision for all officers from Scale I to VII, they announced that the Association has decided to strike down work in the banks on December 21 and 26 if their demands are not conceded.
