PSMICT holds meet

JAMMU, Sept 2: Purohit Sabha Martand Improvement Charitable Trust (PSMICT), Mattan, Kashmir held a meeting under the chairmanship of its general secretary Veer ji Pandita.
While speaking, Pandita lambasted the Government for its non-seriousness and discrimination in the land encroachment in the tirath. He urged the DC Anantnag to safeguard the property of Martand Tirth.
He warned the administration for intentionally delaying the meeting for the restoration of peace and normalcy at Tirath. He said under the Act passed by Assembly in 1997 the concerned DCs have been designated as district magistrates who are the custodian of the Migrants property and district magistrates have been vested with the powers under this act to redress the grievances of Kashmiri Pandits.
