KATHUA, Apr 27: Terming the promises made by PDP-BJP Government as “mere bluffs,” DCC President Ex-MLC, Subash Gupta, today said that voters are fed-up with the “sheer opportunism” of these two parties. Not only the common man but the Government employees too are undergoing various hardships due to easy going attitude of the State Government.
Gupta in a statement issued here today criticized Centre as well State Government and held it responsible for the hardships of the people. He said that on one side Government is not giving hearing to long pending demands of clerical staff on the other hand despite repeated protests and demonstrations it did not bother to give any positive sign.
“The clerical cadre is on strike since eleven days and the common man is facing hardships as they are not getting their work done in absence of clerks, which off course is the back bone of every department,” he added.
