Probe in scams

Sir
Apropos to the news item published in ‘Daily Excelsior ‘ on Dec.26, 2016 with the caption  ‘Probe in major scams  held up as GAD sits over SVO’s reminders’   and other news item   ‘Govt. to challenge High Court orders quashing forced retirement of dead woods  DE  Dec 27.To a common man, it looks ironical that the left hand of Govt. does not know what happens to the right hand. It is common knowledge that all these persons , whether I.A.S, IFS Officers, HODs, or other officers or officials escape investigations due to vested interests known to every body. The common perception is that GAD is unable to accord prosecution because these so called accused are experts to quickly  change loyalty with the change in political dispensation and that explains GAD is unable to proceed further in absence of will of political masters. In the second instance, it is easy for the Govt. to hire best possible legal luminaries to contest the cases of dead wood and tainted officers/ officials in the division bench of Hon’ble High Court. But it again requires the will of the Govt.
Let us have faith in the Govt. headed by  CM Mehbooba Mufti and see if prosecution sanction is accorded by GAD as desired by SVO since decades and cases are contested by legal experts in court in respect of odd officials rendered dead wood by late CM Mufti Sayeed.
Yours etc…
