Principals’ conclave held

JAMMU, Aug 6: A Principals’ conclave was held at TSUS, here today.
The focus of the conclave was to discuss the problems faced by pre-schools in Jammu and pre-primary curriculum.
The speakers included Sudhir Mahajan, Radha, Ester William, Akhila Mangotra, Sakshi and Anjali Sharma and the session was moderated by Dr Poonam Parihar.
The number of pre-schools participated were Wonder World, Little Millennium, Stepping Stone, Bee House, Oak Tree, Play School, Alexzander Memorial, New Era, Kidzee Gandhi Nagar, Shemrock-Magic Tree, Sanfort, Shemrock- Mini Miracle, Grooming Kids, Kidzee Rehari and Sanfort Play.
The programme commenced with the welcome address by the Principal, followed by a dance performance by the students of TSUS.
Speakers laid emphasis on the importance of building a strong foundation in order to enable students to gain education based on ethics and values.
Participants reflected by sharing their prospective on ‘My Ideal Pre-School’.
There was an open session for the participants to share their views and ask questions.
The conclave was much appreciated by the participants from different schools. The event was concluded with the school song sung by the Form-5 students.
