UDHAMPUR, June 4: 10th Annual Dangal was organized at Village Battal Ballian by Peer Baba Dangal Committee, here.
A good number of people from Battal Ballian, surrounding area and from other parts of Udhampur witnessed the famous and keenly fought dangal.
On this occasion, MLA Udhampur, Pawan Kumar Gupta was the chief guest, who was garlanded by the management of Dangal Committee.
Prince Kabli lifted the prestigious trophy by defeating Binia Min.
The winner of main bout, Prince Kabli was awarded with a cash prize of Rs 60,000. The management of Peer Baba Committee extended thanks to the chief guest for sparing his valuable time to grace the occasion.
Dangal Committee’s retired Capt Dhyan Singh, Deep Singh, Pinka and Sukhdev were present on the occasion.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Raju Bucha, Raju Chandel and Rohit Sethi.
