Health is a real wealth; we should take care of it on daily basis. We should eat right and healthy, practice necessary exercises and follow healthy lifestyle to always remain fit. People eating junk foods and following inactive lifestyle become unhealthy, overweight and obese. They easily get health disorders in the early age.We should encourage them to be fit and healthy by promoting their involvement and participation in the related event or campaign celebration. Good health is the clear reflection of our disciplined lifestyle and healthy food habit. They say “you are what you eat” and needless to say, it is absolutely true. Our health is nothing but a clear reflection of our food habit. If we consume healthy food and follow a well-balanced diet, we will definitely stay healthy and fit. But sometimes, the eye-catching advertisements and the colorful packaging of unhealthy processed foods de-motivate us and send our healthy food habits into a spin. In such situations, we need inspiration from different sources to keep ourselves going. Remembering or reading popular slogans on healthy food and its importance can turn out to be one of the best ways to maintain our healthy eating habits when everything goes wrong. Words are powerful weapons, when wielded properly!
Thyroid, Hypertension, Diabetes and uric acid are some of very common diseases found in every 5th person out of 10. We can prevent ourselves from these diseases, unfortunately if you are suffering from one of such diseases , don’t get depressed there is nothing in this world whose cure has not been  discovered but as we know any type of the treatment either we opt surgery or we  just take pills , all these methods have an adverse effect on your health so it is important to prevent ourselves from developing such diseases in our body or just not allowing them to grow inside us. The thyroid is your master gland of metabolism and energy, and problems with your thyroid affect everything from weight, to mental health, to fertility, heart disease risk, and many other important aspects of your day-to-day health and many experts believe that the number of people affected is only going to rise further.

Making an effort to prevent high blood pressure can reduce your risk of heart attack, stroke, and other serious illnesses. If you are at risk for hypertension, take these steps to help prevent it.
Maintain a healthy weight: When it comes to hypertension prevention, your weight is crucial. People who are overweight should try to lose weight, and people of normal weight should avoid adding on any pounds.
Eat a balanced diet: Eating healthful foods can help keep your blood pressure under control. Get plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in potassium, and limit your intake of excess calories, fat, and sugar.
Cut the Salt: The higher the sodium intake, the higher the blood pressure,” . You can cut back on your total salt intake by avoiding high-sodium packaged and processed foods and not adding extra salt to your meals.
Exercise : The more exercise you get, the better, but even a little bit can help control blood pressure.
Drinking too much alcohol can lead to high blood pressure.
Uric acid was first associated with primary hypertension in 1874, yet its role in this condition remains unclear. Historically, uric acid was thought to be a secondary response to hypertension or its associated conditions. However, more recent experimental and clinical studies suggest that uric acid could have a contributory role in the pathogenesis of elevated blood pressure. It has long been known that people with high levels of uric acid in the blood can also have high blood pressure. However, it is unknown if these two conditions simply tend to occur together or if one condition actually precedes the other. Researchers recently set out to establish whether excessive uric acid increases the risk for future development of hypertension.
Increase water intake : Water is required to flush off the uric acid formed in the body. When the body is well hydrated, uric acid crystals are difficult to form. Drink at least 3-4 liters per day to remove the uric acid from the body. You can include buttermilk, coconut water, lemon water, green tea etc.
Reduce intake of purine rich food:Uric acid is formed by breakdown of proteins called Purines. Although, it is naturally formed by the body, it is also obtained from certain foods like red meat, mushrooms, baked products containing yeast and fermented products.
High Fiber food: Foods high in fiber absorb uric acid present in the blood stream and thus easily eliminating it through kidneys.
Reduce sugar intake: Sugar interferes with excretion of uric acid.Consume good amount of Vitamin C rich foods- Vitamin C helps in excretion of uric acid. Sources of Vitamin C- Citrus fruits, bell peppers, cabbage, amla (Indian gooseberry), guava, etc will help reduce Uric Acid.
