JAMMU, May 10: To promote budding sporting talent, Police Station Domana organized an Inter-School Volleyball Tournament in collaboration with the Department of Youth Services and Sports (Zone Bhalwal) at Govt HSS Domana, here today.
SDPO Domana, Sandeep Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion, while Mohd Amin Mirza, Principal GHSS Domana and Jasbir Singh, ZPEO Bhalwal were the guests of honour.
Around 100 students drawn from various schools and clubs participated in this event to vie for the top honours.
In the summit clash, MRLD Murj Mandir defeated GHSS Domana by (2-0) sets.
The matches were officiated by Sunil Abrol, Kulbir Singh, Satish Kumar, Jatinder Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Manjeet Singh, Mohd Ashraf and Nitin Sethi.
