JAMMU, May 18: Home Department ordered transfer and posting of a police officer.
According to the order, in partial modification of Government order number 97-Home of 2017 dated 13.02.2017, Abrar Ahmad Chowdhary, the then SP Tech, CID Headquarters shall be deemed to have been transferred and posted as Deputy Commandant IR-9th Battalion, instead of Commandant IR-9th Battalion. However, he will hold the charge of the post of Commandant, IR 9th Battalion in addition to his own duties till further orders.
