Srinagar, May 21: With an aim to prevent road accidents & traffic violations, Police launched a special drive against traffic violators in South Kashmir’s Shopian district today.
A Police spokesman said that during the drive, 37 vehicles were seized and 75 vehicles have been challaned on the spot.
He said the drive will continue and general public is advised to keep valid documents within when plying their vehicles. “Motorcyclists are also advised to wear helmets while riding their motorcycles,” he added.
