SRINAGAR, June 11: Budgam police along with Tehsildar Beerwah today conducted a surprise market checking in Beerwah, Budgam and its adjoining areas.
A Police spokesman said that during market checking, a huge quantity of rotten eatables and other commodities were destroyed and a revenue of Rs. 5,450/- was realised on spot as fine from violators.
