PNBOA celebrates 37th foundation day of AIBOA

JAMMU, Feb 14: The J&K unit of Punjab National Bank Officers Association (PNBOA) today observed and celebrated the 37th foundation day of its National Organization, the AIBOA.
To commemorate the day, PNBOA-J&K held a social identification program at Government Central Basic High School Purani Mandi (Jammu), wherein the needy students of the school were given school shoes. The students were also served light refreshment.
The programme started with singing of National Anthem and garlanding the portraits of Comrade Parbhat Kar, HL Parwana and Comrade Tarakeshwar Chakraborty.
While speaking on the occasion, VK Dutta, president of PNBOA-J&K stressed on the need of a common platform for all workers in the face of a unholy nexus between Government and Bank Managements.
Chief Guest, Davinder Singh Manhas, Principal of the School, on behalf of the association, distributed the school shoes and eatable items among the needy students.
