SRINAGAR, Apr 25: All India Punjab National Bank Officers Association (affiliated to AIBOC) held its Central Working Committee meeting at Srinagar.
Apart from CWC members from across the country, AIPNBOA chairman, its president and the general secretary were also present in the historic event.
Comrade Dilip Saha, general secretary presented his report and apprised the participants of the latest developments in the banking industry and particularly in PNB. Status of wage revision pending with IBA was also discussed. Special attention was given to the local problems of officers which are peculiar in the present day scenario.
A General Body Meeting (GBM) of local officers of PNB was also condcucted where in Comrade Shaukat Ahmed highlighted the local problems. Position of DAC cases was discussed and it was stressed upon the management that chargesheets on flimsy grounds should not be framed and the local management was asked to look into the pending DAC cases with a humanitarian consideration.
Deputy General Manager (Circle Head J&K) Mohd Latif Mir also attended the meeting.
While Comrade Satish Khajuria vice president AIPNBOA ( All India) and zonal secretary AIPNBOA J&K zone presented a hearty welcome to the dignitaries and the guests, Comrade Umakant Sharma president AIPNBOA, J&K zone, presented the vote of thanks.
