JAMMU, May 28: Ramesh Chandra Bhatt of Punjab National Bank, Canal Road branch has been awarded second prize in the All India Inter Bank Hindi Essay Writing Competition 2015 organised by Reserve Bank of India.
The award was presented to Bhatt by Dr Raghuram G Rajan, Governor, Reserve Bank of India in a function at Mumbai recently.
This is the second time that he has been awarded by the Governor of RBI, previous occasion being in the year 2012.
