POONCH, May 4: The Executive Engineer PMGSY Mendhar Abdul Ghani Jaghal has clarified that sanction of Kallar Morha Road ( 14 Km of TO1) in Nar area of Mendhar was sanctioned by the CCF Jammu and no forged document has been produced by his office as claimed by the DFO concerned.
While clarifying a report published in section of press regarding production of forged sanction by his JE to the Range Officer, the XEn said the document has been issued by the Forest Department during 2010 and moreover why only JE and XEn were booked. Why not the concerned AEE as well. Why the Forest officials were silent since long. Mr Jaghal said his department has also paid compensation to the tune of Rs 3.94 lakh in this connection. He said the concerned RO and DFO were cooking story to defame the R&B Official and they will file a defamation case against them.
Meanwhile, DFO Poonch Dr Sayed Nadeem Hussain claimed that the copy produced by the concerned JE to the Range Officer Mendhar is forged and department is going to lodge an FIR against them in Crime Branch. He said the sanction pertains to the other area/ compartment No. 157 while work was going on in Compartment No. 155 of Mendhar Range.
