MAHOBA/ VARANASI : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a day long tour of poll-bound Uttar Pradesh tomorrow where he will address public meetings in two corners of the State.
Mr Modi’s first meeting will be in Mahoba in Bundelkhand region at noon and later he will fly to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in Eastern UP to launch several developmental projects. In both the places, the Prime Minister will be addressing public meetings, official sources said.
Central para military forces and SPG have been deployed and the areas where the Prime Minister is slated to visit, have been cordoned off.
In Mahoba , Mr Modi is also expected to launch the much awaited Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sichai Yojgna during his 90-minute stay. He will also be addressing a public meeting where over two lakh people were expected to hear him.
Later, he will reach Varanasi at 1600 hrs and stay for around two hours. He will launch several developmental schemes at DLW grounds, besides addressing a public meeting before returning to New Delhi in the evening. This would be the eighth visit of the PM to his parliamentary constituency after assuming the post. (AGENCIES)
