JAMMU, Mar 13: The Kashmiri migrant employees appointed under Prime Minister’s Special Package for their return and rehabilitation putting up in shared Government accommodations at transit camps will be provided HRA&CCA at the rates as admissible at their place of posting.
A notification to this effect was issued by Finance Department of State Government here today. In this regard the Government has made amendments in the Schedule XXII of the J&K Civil Service Regulations, 1956 of Sub rule (h) of rule 6 of the HRA &CCA rules, 1992.
