JAMMU, May 12: Plus 2 Principals today stressed upon the Government to remove their pay anomaly.
In a meeting of the Plus 2 Principals held here at Bakshi Nagar under the chairmanship of Ram Parkash Sharma, president of the Plus Two Officers’ Forum, the speakers expressed regret over grant running pattern/career progression.
They said that principals are demanding removal of pay anomaly/grade pay since long and the assurance was given by the Finance Minister to address it, but till date no step has been taken in this direction.
The speakers appealed the Education Minister to intervene in the matter to do justice with Principal cadre. Those spoke on the occasion were Shiv Kumar Pandita, Sanjay Pandita, Subhash Sharma, NK Sharma, Dalbir Singh and others.
