PLS holds literary meet

JAMMU, Feb 12: Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (PLS), Jammu conducted its fortnightly literary meet at Tagore Academy, Rani Talab, Digiana, Jammu.
S Didar Singh, a well known Punjabi and Hindi writer was the chief guest. Literary creations were presented by the Punjabi writers and poets on this occasion.
Kewalpal Singh presented his short story based on the theme of brotherhood in a society. An article was read out by Pritam Singh. A poetry recitation session was organized during the meet in which Dr Baljeet Raina, Pyaasa Anjum, Amar Kooka, Rajpaul Singh Mastana, Raahi Simbalpuria, Ajit Singh Mastana, Harbhajan Singh Upasak and Piara Singh Dhanjal presented their poems in the form of Ghazals, Kaafi and lyrics on different topics.
S Kanwal Kashmiri, Dr Baljeet Raina, Dr Monojit Singh and S AS Mastana also expressed their views on the story and article read out in the session. Jang S. Verman, press secretary  presented the vote of thanks.
