It is submitted that the shortlist of candidates for oral test in (10+2 lecturer) Political Science was recently declared by JKPSC vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/2017/33 dated 12-06-2017 which contains 91 candidates. However many candidates who have been shortlisted have already got selected as Assistant Professors in the above mentioned subject vide commission Notification No. 29/PSC/(dr-s) of 2017 dated 12062017.
Since those who have been selected as Assistant Professors are not going to appear in interview for (102 lecturers ), the considered proportion of the candidates for interview against the posts becomes defunct. Therefore, it is a matter of consideration that those who have got selected as Assistant Professors and are not appearing in interview can be excluded and the list be revised considering the candidates next in merit list for oral test(102 lecturers) political science. So, therefore, it is requested to look into the matter so that more candidates get due opportunity to appear in oral test.
