The number of unemployed educated youth is increasing at an alarming rate in our State. Very highly educated youth are looking for Govt services, but the Govt is not in a position to provide jobs to each and every educated youth. So there is dire need to absorb these youth in new industries in the State.
It is heart breaking news that the present Govt by its ‘State Administrative Council Decision No. 132/19/2018 Dated 14-11-2018 and Govt Order No. 916 Edu. Of 2018 has accorded sanction to the re-hiring / re-engagement of academic arrangement lecturers from 16 November to 15 January 2019 for utilisation of their services. This decision and order has hurt the sentiments of highly educated unemployed youth of J&K State especially those candidates who are on the verge of overage.
Last but not the least, it is requested to the Governor of J&K State to personally look into the seriousness of issue and revoke the State Administrative Council decision so that the highly unemployed educated youth and especially those who are on the door of overage may work on academic arrangements.
